SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on the items purchased, weight, and the shipping destination.
Flat Rate Shipping to US & Canada.
SHIPPING METHOIDS
All orders are shipped with USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or DHL depending on shipping destination.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 24-48 hrs for your order to processed after order placement.
LEAD TIMES
Estimated lead times vary per product, however typically orders ship out in 3-5 business days, after an order has been processed.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping delays can occur - discounts on products/order totals and replacement orders will NOT be issued due to delays by Customs processing a package or postal systems delivering the package.
DUTIES & TAXES
Some countries may apply customs fees, duty, handling fees or tariffs on packages entering the country. Please check with your local customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure if your country charges fees. ALL duties/fees charged are the responsibility of the customer in the destination country.
MAIL FORWARDING CARRIERS
The customer is fully responsible for packages being forwarded by carrier companies to their destination and are liable for all damages that may be caused by that carrier company.
Once the package arrives at the Mail Forwarding Carrier company - the customer then claims full responsibility for all damage and any loss of the package that may incur by using a Mail Forwarding Carrier company from that point.
Any packages that are lost or damaged, as a result of using a mail forwarding carrier are the full responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, REFUSAL OF PACKAGE
All orders are shipped to the Shipping Address provided by the customer, Orders will NOT be refunded due to incorrect shipping addresses, typos, unclaimed packages, refusal to pay local duties, OR refusal to accept package.
If any of the above examples occurs or similar, a refund will NOT be issued and the package will be reshipped at the expense of the Customer.
MISSING PACKAGES AFTER SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
All packages that indicate they were successfully "Delivered" by the Shipping Carrier Tracking Number are NOT available for refund or replacement. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
STAT HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS
Please note ALL Post Offices are closed Stat Holidays and Weekends, and therefore mail does not circulate.
